Autumn Term 2026

Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a wonderful summer! I am looking forward to getting stuck into a busy and fun Autumn Term.

PE days are Mondays and Thursdays. On these days, children should come to school wearing their PE kit. Please also ensure children come to school with a water bottle everyday, a coat in case it rains and their reading wallet.

If you have any questions or would like to speak to me, please feel free to catch me at the gate or speak to Hannah in the office to arrange a meeting or pass on a message.

*SHOW AND TELL*

This year, I will not be creating a scheduled Show and Tell rota. While Show and Tell is a valuable opportunity for children to share their experiences and interests, I feel that a timetable can sometimes place unnecessary pressure on families to find something to bring in, and it can also take up valuable teaching and learning time.

Instead, Show and Tell will take place on a more flexible basis. If your child has taken part in something special, achieved something they are proud of, or has a meaningful item they would like to share with the class, they are very welcome to bring it in. I will aim to give children the opportunity to share their item within the following four school days.
