We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to join us in key stage two at Aldeburgh Primary School working in partnership with an experienced class teacher to join our small school of 90 pupils aged 4-11 in the thriving seaside town of Aldeburgh. Our last OFSTED inspection (March 2020) confirmed we continue to be a ‘Good’ school. We offer our children a wide range of opportunities for all our children and enjoy strong community links in areas such as the arts.

 

We are proud to be part of East Anglian Schools Trust (EAST) alongside Farlingaye High School, Kesgrave High School, Bungay High School, Castle East School, EAST SCITT and four other primary schools Wickham Market, Easton, Leiston and Saxmundham.

 

We are looking for teacher who:

  • is passionate about teaching and learning and is able to motivate and inspire pupils and colleagues
  • can lead curriculum areas and share expertise as part of our collaborative team and Trust
  • is an excellent practitioner, with a good understanding of the essential characteristics of effective learning and teaching.
  • will deliver creative, inspiring and enriching learning opportunities
  • will set high expectations and standards for all children
  • will work in a team and form positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents.
