Mrs Lord - Owls Class Teacher

I grew up locally, before going to a teacher-training college, affiliated to Leicester University, where I did a 4-years honours degree in education. I have been a teacher for many years (I won’t tell you how many!); I really enjoy it, and can’t imagine doing any other job! I have taught years 5 and 6 at Aldeburgh since September 2017.

I live in Woodbridge, and love going for long walks, especially by the river. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing badminton and keeping fit. My favourite school subject is history, and I like visiting historic properties. I also love reading, especially history books! I am an amateur gardener, gradually improving with advice and practise!
