    Christmas Card Designs

    Dear Parents

This term we have decided to participate in a ‘Christmas Design Project’ run by Cauliflower Cards.  The project aims to encourage pupils’ creativity and design skills whilst also raising funds for our school.

Your child has been creating his/her own Christmas design which can be professionally printed to produce personalised Christmas Cards, Gift Labels, Wrapping Paper and/or Mugs.

Not only would it be very exciting for your child to see his/her work as a finished printed product, but the cards also themselves are great for sending a more personal greeting to friends and family at Christmas and the Mugs are great for gifts!

Orders and payments must be made online using the unique code located at the top of the pupil order form.  Please refer to your order form for further instructions.

Each order form must be unique so please do not photocopy the form for other members of your family you can get extra copies from your school.

We also have a limited number of spare blank forms, should you wish to create a Thank You or Birthday card at home with your child. If you would like to do this, please let Hannah know in the office and we can give you a blank form.

All artwork where orders have been placed must be returned to school by: Monday 6th October 2025. Please note: the artwork will be sent off on Wednesday 8th October, so any designs not brought in on Tuesday 7th October will not be sent off. Unfortunately, this date cannot be moved and designs handed in after this date can NOT be sent on.

All orders will be delivered to the school by the beginning of December. Aldeburgh PTFA raise money from every order placed, so please show your support as well as showing off your child’s artistic talents to your loved ones this Christmas.

    Kind Regards

    Amy, Hannah, Zoe and Glenn

Aldeburgh Primary School Offers a small school with BIG opportunities

    OPEN DAY - Wednesday 1st October 2025

At Aldeburgh Primary School, pupils enjoy the benefits of a small, close-knit community while accessing exceptional opportunities that inspire creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning, which was confirmed by Ofsted in April 2025 as a good school.

From learning to sail on the local waters to performing on the Jubilee Stage, pupils experience a rich and varied curriculum designed to help every child thrive. Children make films that are shown at a local cinema, design and model their own clothes for a school fashion show and even visit a gymnastics club to learn skills that can’t be taught within the classroom.

“Our goal is to provide a curriculum full of rich, meaningful experiences,” says Mrs Norman, Headteacher at Aldeburgh Primary School. “Every child has the chance to discover their passions, develop new talents, and grow in confidence while achieving their best academically.”

Pupils achieve well across the curriculum and in national tests, supported by a carefully planned programme that builds knowledge step by step. Reading is a key priority, with regular visits to the local library fostering a genuine love of books. Children who need extra help receive patient, personalised support to develop their confidence and skills.

Aldeburgh Primary School prides itself on being a place where every child feels happy, safe, and valued. Staff know each pupil well, providing pastoral care and strong emotional support. Children enjoy earning rewards, from house points and stickers to certificates and the coveted Headteacher’s Cup, celebrating both individual achievements and teamwork.

The school’s enriching experiences go far beyond the classroom walls. Whether it’s residential trips, creating art projects, or exploring museums in the capital, pupils have countless opportunities to develop creativity, resilience, and independence.

“We’re incredibly proud of our pupils and the vibrant, supportive community we’ve built,” adds Mrs Norman. “Aldeburgh Primary School is a place where children flourish, and we warmly welcome new families to come and see what makes our school so special.”
