  • FoAPS Easter Fair

    Fri 27 Mar 2026

Easter Fair & Easter Hat Parade – Friday 27th March, from 2.30pm

We are delighted to share details of our upcoming Easter Fair, taking place on Friday 27th March from 2.30pm. This much‑loved annual event is a wonderful opportunity for families to come together, enjoy the start of spring, and support our school community through an afternoon of fun, creativity, and seasonal treats.

Hosted by the Friends of Aldeburgh Primary School, the fair will feature a fantastic range of activities including traditional Easter‑themed games, craft stalls, and refreshments. Children (and grown‑ups!) will be able to take part in a variety of fun challenges and browse handmade crafts created especially for the event.

As part of our fundraising efforts, we will also be holding a special Easter raffle, with all proceeds going towards enriching opportunities and resources for our pupils. We kindly ask families, if they are able, to donate something chocolately for the raffle. All donations should be brought into school by Monday 23rd March. Every contribution, big or small, helps make our raffle a great success.

    Easter Hat Parade

Running alongside the fair, we are thrilled to be holding our popular Easter Hat Parade. This is a wonderful chance for children to get creative and design their own Easter‑themed hat at home. Whether it’s bright, bold, colourful, or wonderfully quirky, we can’t wait to see their imaginative creations on display.

A special prize will be awarded for the best‑designed hat, but don’t worry — no one will leave empty‑handed! The parade is all about celebrating creativity, having fun, and enjoying the spirit of Easter together.

Posters with further information are attached, and we can’t wait to welcome you all for what promises to be a joyful and memorable afternoon.

  • Loved Ones Tea Party

    Tue 17 Mar 2026

    Loved Ones Tea Party – Tuesday 17th & Wednesday 18th March, 2.30pm

We are delighted to invite our school community to this year’s Loved Ones Tea Party, taking place on Tuesday 17th March and Wednesday 18th March at 2.30pm. This special event is a wonderful opportunity for children to share an afternoon of cakes, treats and conversation with someone important in their lives — whether that’s a parent, grandparent, carer, family friend, or another special grown‑up.

Due to space limitations, each session can accommodate 25 attendees, so we kindly ask that families book their place via ParentPay as soon as possible. If you have several children in the school, please only book once and attend one of the days, ensuring that every family has the chance to join in.

As part of the celebration, we ask each family to bring a cake or biscuits to share. Homemade treats are very welcome, but must include a full ingredients list so that we can keep all attending children and adults safe. All other refreshments will be provided.

The Loved Ones Tea Party is always a much‑loved highlight of our school calendar — a chance to slow down, enjoy time together, and celebrate the special people in our children’s lives. We look forward to welcoming many of you for a warm, friendly and memorable afternoon.
